Tatiana was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. She earned graduate degrees in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and in Education from George Mason University. Most recently, Tatiana worked as the Housing Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine where she managed 180 Embassy-leased properties with a team of local employees. Tatiana had great rapport with the landlords and tenants and always relayed information quickly to both parties to resolve problems in a timely manner. She conducted move-in and move-out inspections, oversaw home improvement projects, and ensured high quality repair work through regular on-site visits. Her other positions overseas included Community Liaison Officer in Uzbekistan and General Manager of the American Employee Association in Poland. Tatiana enjoys music, arts and crafts, gardening, spending time by the sea, and meeting new people.

Da’Mia was born in Washington, D.C. Growing up as a ‘Military Brat,’ she lived on numerous military bases throughout the country and even overseas in Germany. Da’Mia understands that moving is very stressful and always wanted to give back by supporting others through their moving transition. She began her career in Property Management immediately after high school and paved her way to success by dominating the leasing and customer service world. Her resume includes, but is not limited to, a background in residential housing, student housing and military housing. Da’Mia’s keen attention to detail and superb rapport with residents, owners and contractors has awarded her great success within a short timeframe.
Da’Mia enjoys traveling, reading and exploring historic locations throughout the country.

Carli is a San Francisco, California native who spent her growing up years in both the golden state and Texas. Carli attended the University of Utah and began her professional career in local government as the assistant Elections Administrator. But after a summer study abroad in Tokyo, adventure called and Carli has spent the majority of her adult life overseas. First as a student and volunteer in Russia and Ukraine, and then living and working with her Foreign Service husband and their three children in Mexico, Serbia, Poland, Australia, and Cyprus.
Carli has worked and volunteered in her local communities, reinventing her professional career as an English teacher, freelance writer, administrative assistant, bookkeeper, and baker. Carli loves to drag her kids on hikes, is an avid reader, and enjoys baking and travel.
